I will be making a presentation at Postgraduate Researchers' Summer Conference (PRSC) - 2023 edition | 4-5 July 2023
based on my PhD research. My objective is to evaluate the findings of one chapter of my thesis, "Walking the Sea," which examines the Aral Sea region in Central Asia and documents the ecological disaster that occurred there. While exploring the aftermath of this environmental catastrophe, I observed the tumultuous relationship between nature and the ruins that remained in the landscape.

PRSC is a global showcase of the research carried out by researchers across all Middlesex University Faculties, our Collaborative Partner Institutions and overseas campuses, an opportunity for researchers of all levels to come together and discuss all things research in a truly interdisciplinary.
